According to a report by the Computer Industry Technology Association (CompTIA), last year Tech-related employment in the Denver metropolitan area alone increased by 5,291 new jobs.
Since 2017, we have been actively growing our US presence as a company. That expansion arose from the need to accommodate more development staff, with largely fueled by demand from the US market. Last year, flexible space operators accounted for 13.4 million square feet, or 7.6 percent of total office footage leased in the United States in 2018, according to data from commercial real estate firm CBRE. And as of August 2019, that number had already jumped to 8.6 percent of total office space.
